The neck massage pillow is great for me. It makes me feel good. I also find the warmth very pleasant. I’m curious to see how it will be in the summer when it’s hot… The thing I like most about the overall program is that I can’t turn off the heat. The noise doesn’t bother me. I even fall asleep. The delivery was fast. The pillow was securely wrapped in plastic. My husband is also very happy with it. I have ordered another one. It’s a shame that it doesn’t come with a 5V plug. This one was included with the 3-in-1 back massage pillow. Maybe it’s a good idea to include it? So that the wrong plug with too high a voltage is not used. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I wanted to buy a pillow that warms the neck at a Korean traditional medicine clinic, so I looked for it and bought it because it was cheap. It’s very good value for money. The red light is too hot, but the medium level is just lukewarm and nice. It’s a shame that it can’t be washed.

🇰🇷배송은, 9월 1일 주문해서 9월 4일 도착..4일 만에 왔어요. 😄고장인줄 알았는데, 충전을 시키고 사용하는게 아니라, C핀 케이블과 충전기에 꽂은채로 사용하는 거였네요. 제가 교통사고 후유증으로 목침이나 경추베개등을 여럿 사용중인데, 요거 하나로 종결이네요. 그냥 안마받은채로 스르르.. 그냥(케이블 안꽂고) 일반 베개로 사용하셔도 충분하구요.

I am very happy with the purchase. I bought it because of its shape and the heat function, and it met my expectations. The massage didn’t interest me but it’s pleasant; it’s not as strong as other massagers I’ve had. I use it daily. It needs to be plugged in, but that’s the case with almost all massagers.

Quality workmanship. Mine heat vibrate and stretch, but all at separate instances, nothing together i.e. Cant heat and vibrate or heat and stretch of vibrate and stretch. You choose just 1 at a time. Takes a couple cycles to acclimate yourself to the traction but after a couple cycles it makes sense. The heat is perfect, vibrations have different cycles that are automatic. I love it

The delivery was fast. As for the product, it works wonderfully, not as I expected, but its features are much better. The only drawback is that it needs to be connected to a charger and generates high heat when the massage period is long. Other than that, it massages like chairs in shopping malls, but only in the neck area and with a medical pillow. I recommend it as a gift for the elderly.

Due to cervical problems, I decided to buy it… after several days I can say that it is the best one I have tried. Ideal if you have cervical correction, as is my case. The sound at first is annoying, but you get used to it and it ends up being relaxing. I love the air function so I recommend it. 👌🏻
