I would say that this is a tint. On the upper lip, it’s number 4, on the lower lip, it’s number 15. The first photo shows a hygienic lipstick applied over the tint. The second photo shows it immediately after application. It’s easy to apply, dries quickly, and doesn’t smudge. It dries out the lips, so be sure to moisturize. The color is very similar to the photo. Number 15 is quite bright, so I applied it in a very thin layer.
