I would say that this is a tint. On the upper lip, it's number 4, on the lower lip, it's number 15. The first photo shows a hygienic lipstick applied over the tint. The second photo shows it immediately after application. It's easy to apply, dries quickly, and doesn't smudge. It dries out the lips, so be sure to moisturize. The color is very similar to the photo. Number 15 is quite bright, so I applied it in a very thin layer.

Excellent lipstick, the color matches perfectly, chocolate scent. This is my first TOP matte lipstick, it doesn't stick to the lips, doesn't leave marks anywhere, lasts long and you barely notice when removing it. very good product. I bought matte lipsticks before that were more expensive, but they were terrible, stuck and left marks, and it was not easy to apply them; they clumped on the freshly applied fabric but dried quickly. You can apply it evenly on your lips right away, and within a minute it dries and lays perfectly—simply 10/10! ! !
